By accessing and using AnchorDNS ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AnchorDNS provides DNS management services, including but not limited to DNS record management and anchor points. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Billing and Payment

Our Service operates on a subscription basis at $5.00 per domain per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• Pay all fees and applicable taxes
• Receive prorated charges when adding domains mid-cycle
• Receive prorated refunds when removing domains or canceling subscription

Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities or attempt to manipulate billing
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for phishing, spam, or other malicious activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss that may occur.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AnchorDNS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellations are effective immediately, and you will receive a prorated refund for unused time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnchorDNS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnchorDNS and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnchorDNS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
